Chad is licensed in South Carolina and is also our Director of Operations for our team. His passion led him to move his family here to the Waverly area and join our team. He is super proficient in problem solving and extremely critical in exposing our clients home to the masses. He is a father of two daughters, Jordyn and Chloe. On his free time, he loves watching sports, playing basketball, and spending time with his daughters and his dog, Charlie.
